Once the initial consultation is scheduled, you will receive questionnaires to complete before connecting with one of our nurse practitioners. Based on your questionnaire responses, we will assess whether an ADHD evaluation is appropriate for you. If it is determined that an assessment is not necessary, you will not incur any charges.

During the one-hour initial visit, we will review standardized scales, conduct a comprehensive assessment, gather collateral information, and discuss potential treatment options. Laboratory testing may also be done, but treatment will not begin during this consultation. If you choose to proceed with treatment, we will schedule a follow-up appointment to review test results, initiate treatment and discuss ongoing management

Weight Management - Initial Visit

Comprehensive weight management services focused on medical interventions for effective weight loss. During your initial consultation, we will review your medical history, order necessary lab tests, and discuss obesity management options. If you qualify for bariatric surgery and are interested, we will refer you to the Ontario Bariatric Network.

Note that medication will not be initiated during this visit; a follow-up appointment is required to review lab results before starting any medication.
